MIAM, My Invitation to a Meal
Each week, in his new programme, Cyril Lignac entertains cooking enthusiasts who will be pitting their skills against his and challenging him to prepare their favourite recipe as well as they do. Yet MIAM is also a programme about cooking and food, all the tricks of the trade employed by master chefs and some of the newest ideas to help you make a success of everything you cook.

Oui, Chef !
Beginning of 2005, Cyril Lignac began the “Oui, Chef” adventure.
"Oui, Chef!" is a programme in which the chef had 4 months to select and train a group of 10 youngsters in unstable social conditions. His goal was to train them professionnally and to open his own restaurant.
The programme was broadcasted on M6 during 5 peak times between the beginning of January and the beginning of Febuary 2005. Around 4 million viewers followed his adventure. It is at the end of this programme that the chef opened his own restaurant: "Le Quinzième, Cuisine Attitude". .
Chef, la Recette
Following the success of "Oui, Chef", M6 and Cyril Lignac decided to continue their partnership with "Chef, la Recette".
It is a convivial and dynamic programme where he invites three guests to share a moment of gastronomy in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
His cookery courses take place in a cosy apartment, as if it were at home. He elaborates three recipes. Since the programme came out in 2005 "Chef la Recette" has been drawing an average of 1.4 million viewers every Saturday at 12.10 pm, 20.6% of these viewers are housewives of under 50.
Vive la Cantine !
In september 2006, M6 launched "Chef, la Recette" which was a programme presented by Cyril Lignac and Jean-Michel Cohen.
Its concept was simple. Guided by a nutritionist, the chef decided to tackle the problems of school cantines in order to improve the students lunches. Here in the world of school catering, Cyril revealed his talent and enthusiasm to overcome the difficulties such as cost reduction, lack of time, quality meals.
This programme was shown on two peak times at 20.50 on M6. It drew an audience of 4.1 million viewers the first week and 5.1 million the second week.

Le chef contre attaque
In 2008, Master Chef Cyril Lignac began his crusade with this new series of 5 reality documentaries to combat junk food, given prime-time airing on M6.
In factories, in the home and in schools, with people his goal is to teach them how to cook in 3 weeks and take up the challenge of preparing a master chef meal.
